About us

Sage Bridge Living is an Independent Living Shared Housing Program. We believe in more than just housing, we believe in transformation. With multiple locations in the heart of Fresno, California, our mission is to provide a peaceful place for new beginnings. We provide shared homes where structure, accountability and safety are paramount.


Who We Serve

Our community is designed for adults who are ready to rebuild and thrive: seniors on fixed incomes, veterans transitioning to civilian life, individuals returning from incarceration, and those in recovery from substance use. We provide safe, comfortable, and well-managed homes with the structure and respect you deserve — not as a facility, but as a community of possibility.

Shared bedrooms (2 beds/room) with comfortable furnishings, bed, linens and storage.Shared living areas — living room, dining, kitchen — designed to create connection and ease.Utilities (water, electricity, internet/Wi-Fi) included in your monthly rent.House-policies that promote respect, quiet hours, cleanliness, community standards.Professional property management and regular maintenance so you can focus on your life and goals.Access to trusted local resources and referral partners (veteran services, reentry support, senior social programs).

Eligibility Requirements


To ensure a good fit for the Sage Bridge Living independent living program, applicants must meet the following criteria:25 years of age or older (seniors 55+ for certain homes).Must be able to independently manage their daily living needs, including but not limited to: personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, self-feeding, medication management, maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces and bedrooms, and arranging or providing their own transportation.Agree to abide by house guidelines (respect the property, maintain cleanliness, engage respectfully with others, etc.).For recovery applicants: must be in a stable phase of recovery, demonstrate commitment to sober living, and agree to program terms.Financial capacity to pay the monthly program fee. Fixed incomes, pensions, veteran benefits, and private pay are accepted.

Program Fees


There is a one-time $300 community fee to enter the program.Shared rooms are a flat fee starting at $875/bed/month. The fee includes the following:

Shared, furnished bedroom
All utilities included
High-speed internet service
On-site washer & dryer
Drug- and alcohol-free residence

To maintain a peaceful and balanced home environment, eligibility is reviewed monthly. Participants who continue to meet program expectations each month may continue in the program.
